Reorganized the Murambinda hospital functions to limit TB cross-infection. The work included new construction and remodelling. A major goal of the medical program was to provide architectural solutions that provide improved air-flow as well as improved patient flow. To that end medical functions were shifted across the campus, a larger OPD waiting area was built, larger toilet facilities were erected, the out-patient department was enlarged, and passive low maintenance air-exchange equipment was installed. Incorporated all pharmacies into a central location.
